He is now trying to form public opinion in favor of imposing this tax to stop the speed at which people are running.A Reuters reporter spoke to him after crossing more than 50 miles. “We know a lot about climate change now,” Walker told him. I believe that imposing a carbon tax is one of the solutions.He is encouraging people to sign a petition for carbon tax. At present about 56 thousand people have signed it. If it can get 1 lakh signatures, it will be taken up in Parliament.
