Protests across the country against the Taliban

Desk report: Protests continue in several countries to protest the Taliban’s takeover of Afghanistan and the speedy rescue of Afghans trapped in the country. Thousands of Afghans living in Toronto, Canada, have protested. There have been anti-Taliban protests in various European countries.Thousands of expatriate Afghans protested in Berlin, Germany, Paris, France, and even Athens, the capital of Greece, demanding the immediate removal of civilians trapped in Afghanistan.The protesters called on the governments of Canada and its allies to speed up the rescue of civilians trapped in Afghanistan. At the same time, they demanded that they be brought to Canada and given asylum.Anti-Taliban protests have also taken place in the German capital, Berlin. Thousands of Afghan expatriates staged anti-Taliban protests at various points in the capital on Saturday, ignoring Corona’s restrictions.  At one stage of the protests, police obstructed the police, and the incident of blah and clash occurred in the two sides. At least half of the protesters reported the security forces.There have also been protests in the French capital, Paris, against the Taliban’s takeover of Afghanistan. Hundreds of expatriate Afghans living in the country took part in the demonstration with the national flag of Afghanistan. There were many Frenchmen. The protesters called on the French government to expedite the evacuation of ordinary Afghans as well as the repatriation of foreign nationals within the stipulated time.There have also been anti-Taliban protests in the Greek capital, Athens. Thousands of expatriate Afghans as well as locals joined it. Meanwhile, protesters were seen outside the US embassy chanting anti-Taliban slogans.
