The United Nations has given a red signal on climate change

Desk report: Climate change has been visible for decades. But what used to be stagnant, slow-moving, is now changing very fast. If not restrained now, there is no more destruction left. After several years of warning, the United Nations has given the red signal for climate change. The UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) released its sixth report on climate change at a meeting of 195 member states on Monday (August 9th). It has been said that if it continues like this, no country in the world will be saved. UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres presented the IPCC report at a meeting with member states on Monday (August 9th). The report said global warming could reach dangerous levels a decade earlier than scientists had predicted in 2008. By 2030, global temperatures will rise by 1.5 degrees Celsius. Due to global warming, the sea level rose by 1.3 millimeters per year from 1901 to 1971, but from 2006 to 2016 it stopped at 3.6 millimeters per year. Overall, from 1901 to 2016, the average global water level rise was 0.20 m. The report elaborates on the current state of climate change. That being said, this warming is not limited to any particular region. This growth is happening all over the world. Although the warming is increasing rapidly, it is taking a long time to cool down, so many days that have not been noticed. Due to global warming, the level of climate tolerance is going beyond. Therefore, the intensity of heat flux has been increasing continuously since 1950 and it has been increasing more frequently than before. Scientists have claimed that the intensity of the cold wave is much less than that and it does not have to be frequent. Scientists have emphasized the man-made causes for global warming. They claim that urban areas have become the main source of warming. The constant rise in temperature causes the warm air to become trapped there, which takes a long time to cool. For the same reason, rivers, lakes, reservoirs, and even green areas surrounded by vegetation are warming for a long time. Scientists have expressed concern. They also said that places where such natural disasters are not common will not be left out. Even if heatwaves and droughts occur simultaneously in the same place, at the same time, they will not be surprised. Scientists claim that climate change and air quality are interrelated. So in order to control global warming, we have to look at both at the same time. In that case, we have to rush to build densely populated, skyscrapers everywhere. We have to look at the equipment for building houses and roads. We need to create more green jungles and gardens. The governments of all countries will have to take action by looking into the causes of domestic and industrial warming. Fossil fuels, greenhouse gas emissions must be reduced. They have expressed hope that it will be possible to pull the rush of global warming, even if it is a little of the current century.
